Расскажу честно и без преувеличений. Мелкий цех в нем стоят станки 70х 80х годов. Все это дело при работе создает такой шум, что без наушников работать невозможно нормы шума превышены в раза 2 точно. Весь инструмент выдается под роспись, (инструмент поддержанный и как правило неисправный) если идешь получать пластинку либо другой инструмент (выдает его директор), смотрит на тебя так как будъто ты ему всю жизнь испортил, и еще не факт что даст. Экономит на всем включая вас. Нет не вентиляторов, не обогревателей чайник там вообще еле дышит, 1 умывальник на всех! очков нет как и техники безопасности вообще. провода 380 к станкам болтаются без металлрукавов где то прямо на станке висят, постоянно где то течет масло. Перерыв 1 это обед пол часа и все. Не дай бог на 3 минуты раньше пойдете руки мыть или где то чуть присядете сразу будет выговор начальнику. Они даже вас на телефоны снимать будут. Покупать вам нечего не будут я элементарно метелку просил 3 месяца с трудом купил. Ему все экономически не выгодно. Работают там в основном алкаши которые там же и бухают. Станки все просто рассыпаются. чинят их так же криво, а детали делают для нефтянки! при том, что они станки востанавливают и перепродают дополнительно. Потом по гарантии постоянно ездят их чинить. Так что если вы решили купить у них станок я бы 5 раз подумал на вашем месте. А самое главное что если вы делаете допустим 300 деталей и из них придет обратно допустим 2 детали их полную стоимость вычтут с вас, а деталь в среднем стоит 1500 рублей. Обьяснять что есть допустимый процент брака, что должно быть ОТК просто бессмысленно. Инструмент сломаешь будешь покупать за свой счет как и если по твоей вине что нибудь сломается все будет тебя. Единственный + там начальник нормальный Шурик который все понимает, и постоянно ищит вменяемые пути решения задач.
Доброе утро. Хочу высказаться по поводу Царыцино мебель. Неадекватное руководство, которое считает работников за рабов. Если нужно отгрузить фуру, и все время почему-то ближе к шести часам вечера, то будете пахать, пока не отгрузите. Зарплату выдают раз в неделю, раньше давали по пятницам, теперь дают по субботам( то есть человек по-любому выйдет, чтоб получить). Никто практически не устроен, но если ты заболеешь, то должен нести больничный! (нонсенс). Муж работал всю неделю, даже в воскресенье вытащили, ушел на больничный, заработанные за неделю деньги (пахал с понедельника по воскресенье) выдать отказываются, мотивируя какими-то непонятными отговорками. Начальник Дмитрий и мастер Олег похоже вообще трудового кодекса не знают. Постоянная текучка из за того, что людей толком не обучат, они ничего не заработают и уходят (опять же не факт, что получишь заработанное). Не советую туда устраиваться.

Если вы хорошо работаете - то не советую туда идти .если у вас получится заработать хотя бы 30 тысяч ,то вот их получить будет большая проблема .
Я сколько ни старался для производства - все зря . Работал и в 18 и 19 годах . Даже охрана знает что проблема с зарплатой ,хотя у большинства работников можно от 10 % до 50 % вычитать спокойно( простое насиживание часов)

Марин гео ресурс. Компания принимает на работу вахтовым методом. При приёме всему них по закону. По факту вычитают за все. Удержали за спецодежду!!! Не возместили медосмотр!лишили вахтовой надбавки. Узнавал у специалистов ничего из этого делать нельзя!зарплату задерживают регулярно! Директор старенькая тётя, которая не особо понимает в работе. 1000 раз подумайте прежде идти к ним трудоустроиться.
Компания отправляет вахтовым методом по России. При приёме все красиво и хорошо. Поработал одну вахту. Итог: зарплату задержали. Из зарплаты удержали все что могли, за спецодежду, за обучение. Медосмотр неоплатили, хоть обещали возместить. Вахтовой надбавки лишают, хотя по закону этого не имеют права делать. Подумайте 1000 раз, устраиваться к ним или нет.
